The meeting will focus on the role the V4 national Academies can
play in Europe-wide research projects, E. Szilveszter Vizi said.
They also plan to discuss establishing a new European Technology
Institute, Vizi said, adding that three out of the V4 countries,
Hungary, Poland and Slovakia (in a joint bid with Austria) are vying
with each other to become the headquarters of the institute.
