OVB head Emilia Rytko said that the committee had checked the

Under electoral law, parliament must now call a referendum
unless the Supreme Court or the Constitutional Court vetoes the
initiative.
The referendum in which voters will be asked whether they want a
mandatory health insurance system with multiple private insurers is
expected to be held in the autumn.
After the referendum was initiated by Mr Albert and his wife
last year, the government decided to revoke Hungary’s controversial
health insurance law on introducing a multi-payer system passed by
the now-disbanded coalition early in 2008.
