Congratulations on the newspaper reaching its 10th anniversary. I read the ‘Where are they now?’ review of the past decade with interest, and quite some surprise. In it you claim Fraser Allan left the Times in 2006 “to start the Kyiv Post”. I imagine that might be news to them, as it had already been running nine years by that time, having been launched in 1995. The Post is still very much a going concern.
From memory, Fraser left to start a business magazine. I understand the publication did, as you say, run into advertising problems, and Fraser returned to the UK. According to his LinkedIn profile, he is now in the San Francisco Bay area.
