Budapest Airport’s evaluation by passengers has never been as high as in 2013. Based on the independent survey conducted with the help of anonymous questionnaires introduced in 2006, the airport and its services showed improvements in all criteria in the eyes of passengers. Regarding several important criteria, Liszt Ferenc International Airport was placed among the top European airports and high above the average of the continent. “I am delighted to see that the positive changes are noticed and appreciated by passengers,” said Jost Lammers, CEO of Budapest Airport. “Naturally, we will not stop here as we always have further enhancements to achieve.”
