Hungarian low-fare airline Wizz Air could add 8-10 new aircraft to its fleet each year, CEO József Váradi has said. Wizz Air could replace its Airbus A320 aircraft with bigger A321s, Váradi said. This year Wizz Air will take delivery of nine new A320 aircraft, bringing its fleet to 54. The airline expects to get its first 220-seater in 2016. All of the A320s could be replaced with the larger type in 7-10 years, Váradi said. Wizz Air expects to have a fleet of 100 aircraft by 2019 and carry an annual 30 million passengers by the end of the decade, he added.
