French-Dutch budget airline Transavia has launched a flight between Budapest and Paris on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Budapest Airport said Paris is the second-favourite destination after London for air passengers from the Hungarian capital. Transavia is a member of the Air France-KLM group and serves 80 destinations with 30 Boeing 737-700 and 737-800 planes. The company also operates a Budapest-Rotterdam flight.
