Consumer, business confidence stable in June

GKI-Erste’s combined gauge of consumer and business confidence was stable in June as business expectations improved minimally, but consumer expectations fell slightly. The combined consumer and business confidence index rose to minus 1.0 point in June from minus 1.2 points in May as the business confidence index improved to 5.4 points from 4.8 points and the consumer confidence index fell to minus 19.3 points from minus 18.4 points.
